Prepared in the purest culinary tradition, our filled shells are available in several recipes such as “Breton style” or “Norman style”...
We highlight noble ingredients, including scallops from France or MSC certified , accompanied according to the recipes with foie gras, morels, truffles, shrimp, salmon or lobster...
The products are presented in natural shells or ready-to-use culinary pots .

 

The Puff Pastries

Our puff pastry is made in a traditional and artisanal way by our bakers. It offers lightness and crispness after baking.
We offer different types of folds, made by hand : basket, thin tart, closed puff pastry...
Each fold can be customized to meet your product differentiation requirements.

 

Filled Pancakes & Crepes

Crêpes and galettes are filled by hand , then folded like in a crêperie.
Our range covers savory recipes (seafood, chicken, salmon-vegetables, etc.) as well as sweet recipes (fruit, chocolate, caramel, etc.).
Format, recipe and folding are adaptable according to your needs.

 

Ready Meals

We offer a range of traditional ready-made meals made with carefully selected ingredients.
Available formats: tray, dish or individual plate.
Recipe examples: shepherd's pie, seafood blanquette, paella, couscous, etc.
