What does PAM do?

Nestled in the heart of Morbihan, since its creation more than 30 years ago, PAM has been a workshop resolutely focused on its customers.

Our constant goal is to offer our customers a custom-made frozen product. Our integrated R&D department is there to imagine and co-construct a unique product based on our expertise.

We leverage our experience to ensure our customers' complete satisfaction. In an effort to reduce our environmental impact, we source as many raw materials as possible from our region.

We produce various products: ready meals, scallops, puff pastry, casseroles, pancakes and crepes.

We work with clients recognized for their requirements in France and Europe.

Why join us?

• Joining us means, above all, joining a small team (37 employees at PAM, including 25 production employees).

• Our products are frozen but the production staff work at room temperature.

• 39 hours with 22 RTT – Hours from Monday to Friday with either daytime hours (slot between 8 a.m. and 5:15 p.m.) or 2*8 (5 a.m.-1:45 p.m. / 2 p.m.-10:45 p.m.).

Job Description:

Within a team of 25 people, reporting to the production manager, your main missions are as follows:

 

• You prepare your workstation,

• You participate in the various stages of product manufacturing according to work instructions (handling of packaging, raw materials, finished products),

• You ensure the cleaning and tidying of your workstation,

• You participate in first-level maintenance for machine adjustment,

• You control the production quality and traceability of the products.

Profile :

You have initial experience in the food industry, which will allow you to be operational quickly.

In order to provide you with the skills necessary for the position, an internal training course will be provided in tandem with a permanent employee.

Above all, we are looking for someone who is rigorous and enjoys teamwork.
